How soon can I expect my goods?

Goods that are held in stock are despatched immediately, (usually same day) but please allow five working days for delivery. It is very important to give us a good delivery address as the package will need to be signed for.

How can I check on the status of my order?

If you login here with your order number it will give you the status of your package. It will say if we are awaiting to take payment or if the goods are being packed or if they have been despatched. If the goods have been despatched and nothing has been received after five working days then contact us here. We will track the package for you and let you know what is happening.
Can I choose Between Royal Mail and the courier company (ANC)?
If certain carriers have trouble delivering to your premesis then you can specifically specify either of the carriers at the checkout stage. Don't forget you can always use an alternative address.
What happens if something is shown as a backorder on my invoice?
We will have tried to contact you if anything is undeliverabe immediately, but in the unlikely event the email is missed then the backordered goods are delivered as they arrive with us. We do not usually charge for backorders until the items have been received and despatched to you. One exception of this are special ordered items such as mattresses and furniture. It is clearly displayed when you will have a delay receiving your product in the product detail.
When do you charge my card for the transaction?
Unlike other companies we will not charge your card until we despatch your goods.
How can I change my delivery address if the package hasn't been despatched?

How can I get free delivery?
Spend £100 on your total order and we will despatch your goods for free. If you require Special delivery next day before 1pm then a charge of £6.50 is applied whatever your order value.
What if all my goods can't be shipped in one go and the value falls below the £100 pounds threshhold?
If you place your order and the value is over £100 (whatever is shipped) then we pay for all the subsequent postage for any items on backorder.
